Shaftesbury Dance is a leading dance training, teaching and examination centre in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire. The founder and principal, Mr. Bryl Berry, is an International Dance Teacher Association ( I.D.T.A.) senior examiner and adjudicator, and has taught many forms dance for 50 years. Bryl ensures that the highest standards of tuition are adhered to in all classes.

Learning to dance should be an enjoyable and uplifting experience. We are confident that you will love dancing with us and your new found skill should be a social asset to you.

Two left feet? With us, you can get it right.

If you are feeling unfit or have two left feet, we can help you get the steps right! Just go at your own pace and be aware of your own physical ability. After all, dancing is supposed to be fun, not life threatening!

If you have a Black Tie event or even want to get the Wedding dance mastered for your special day, we can help! So, you look the part but don’t know where to start? Like your dress/suite, we tailor the dance to fit the occasion.
